A complete RST quantization of a CGHS model plus a Strominger term is carried out. In so doing, a conformal invariant theory with =N/12 is found, that is, without ghost contributions. The physical consequences of the model are analyzed and positive-definite Hawking radiation is found. © 1995 The American Physical Society.

Abstract
