The aim of this paper is to show the existence of metrics on the n-dimensional sphere, perturbations of the standard metric, for which the Yamabe problem possesses an unbounded sequence of solutions. The metrics that we find are merely differentiable. We also prove some new multiplicity results.

Abstract
